Meanwhile,Zang Chaiyuan,a young craftsperson born in 1997,is revitalizing the traditional food of Huabobo,a flower-shaped steamed bun popular in the Jiaodong Peninsula. Her efforts,amplified by social media,have garnered admiration both nationally and internationally.
