Compared with the traditional closed foaming process, the new open foaming process has obvious advantages. Open foaming process means evenly sprinkling foaming material in the flat open mold cavity. And polyurethane foaming material will be evenly foaming forward according to the direction and time order of foaming material pouring. In the whole process of pouring, cream time, hair, string gel time , the running distance of polyurethane foaming material is only the distance of the thickness of the plate (about 10cm).Therefore, the foam core material of this production process has a high obturator rate (obturator rate is more than 91%, and the insulation performance can reach the limit of 0.0189W/ M.K), the foam inside the plate is filled evenly without cavity and the density is uniform (within 0.5kg difference), and the plate bonding strength reaches 0.19MP.

The refrigeration unit series products are used for light truck models with a length of 3.8-4.2m, suitable for medium and long-distance transportation, and the environmental working condition range: - 30 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃.
